Thin film evaporator is a type of evaporator. It is characterized by high heat transfer efficiency, fast evaporation speed and short residence time of materials. It is especially suitable for the evaporation of heat sensitive substances.

 Product features

1. The small-scale film evaporators are forced to form thin films by high-speed rotation of the stirring wings in the evaporation tube, so as to inhibit the sudden boiling and foaming of the test materials, and can concentrate the foaming substances that cannot be concentrated by the ordinary rotary evaporators;

2. used to make membrane scraper, which can be separated from mixing rod and easy to clean;

3. There is no gasket in the motor part, and the coupling mechanical seal is adopted. Because it is completely separated from the evaporation pipe, the mixing shaft will not be polluted;

4. Ceramic bearing is used in the lower bearing, which can be used safely even after a long period of operation.
