Product Description

        Silicone oil heat conduction in-situ freeze dryer, which changes the cumbersome operation in the past drying process, prevents material pollution, realizes the automation of drying sublimation, and is suitable for pilot test or small batch production.
The model has partition heating and programmable functions, and can remember the freeze-drying curve, which is convenient for users to observe the freeze-drying process of materials.


Product Features:

1. Pre freeze drying is carried out in situ, which reduces the cumbersome operation in the drying process and realizes automation;
2. Shelf temperature error ≤ 1 ºC, uniform drying effect
3. Shelf temperature is adjustable, controllable, groping, pilot test and production process;
4. As the drying chamber and the cold trap are of split structure, they have strong water capture capacity and short drying time;
5. Touch screen operation, PID control, display drying curve;
6. 20 Programs can be stored, and 36 segments can be set for each program. During the operation of the freeze dryer, the program parameters can be modified and the final drying curve can be recorded;
7. The square tray is not easy to deform, easy to operate and easy to clean;
8. Equipped with inflation valve, which can be filled with dry inert gas;
