Product Introduction :
      DF-101 series magnetic stirrer is a classic constant temperature heating magnetic stirrer. It is designed with PID intelligent temperature controller and high-power and high-speed motor. It has accurate temperature control, stable and powerful mixing performance. The design of heating pots with different volumes can meet different reaction needs. It is widely used in Colleges and universities, environmental protection, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, chemical industry, medical treatment and other units. The instrument has good performance, no noise, no vibration and fast temperature rise. It is an ideal and necessary tool for experimenters.

Product Features :

1.By means of heat collection heating, the heated vessel is completely exposed to intense heat radiation, and the heating speed is three times as fast as that of other planar heating magnetic stirrers. Uniform temperature, high efficiency, more suitable for spherical flask heating reaction.

2.The main parts of the machine are excellent in material selection, the motor is high-power DC motor, the stirring torque is large, and the noise is small. Special stainless steel heating tubes were aged at 800 ºC for 24 hours. Insulation resistance > 1000ΜΩ,safe and reliable in dry firing. The magnet is made of "Ru-Fe-B" permanent magnet, which has the strongest magnetic force at present, to ensure sufficient suction and torque.

3.Reasonable structure, stamped with stainless steel, combined with special heating tube and high temperature resistant seal, gram water (water bath), oil (oil bath), and dry firing, is also the main advantage of the machine heating part between the electrical box with radiating plate isolation, in high temperature heating and stirring, does not affect the electrical performance of the whole machine.
