The biological fermentation tank is suitable for the mother liquor fermentation, brewing, seasoning, pharmaceutical, chemical and fungal cultivation of yogurt and lactic acid bacteria drinks. It can be heated, insulated and cooled. It is a fully enclosed sanitary fermentation equipment. Characteristics: the materials are made of imported 304 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The equipment has the advantages of energy saving, noise elimination, corrosion resistance, strong productivity, convenient cleaning and operation, etc.

 

Product classification of biological fermentor

       Common fermentation tanks are divided into solid fermentation tank and liquid fermentation tank. Fermentation tank is divided into seed tank (strain fermentation tank) and fermentation tank according to different volume and purpose. According to different aerobic types, fermentation tanks are divided into ventilated fermentation tanks and anaerobic fermentation tanks. The fermentation tank has a full range of tank sizes from 50L to 5000L, and can be designed and manufactured according to user needs.

 

Product structure of biological fermentation tank

Structure: vertical, upper flat cover, lower elliptical head, with standard jacket and flat blade disc turbine mixing device;

Material: 316L for the part contacting the liquid medicine and 304 for the rest.

Design pressure: inner cylinder 0.25MPa, jacket 0.33mpa.

Roughness: mechanical polishing of inner surface RA ≤ 0.35, mirror polishing of upper and lower heads on outer surface, sand blasting and matte treatment of straight cylinder.
